St. Modomnoc – Patron Saint of Bees and beekeeping
St. Modomnoc lived in the first half of the 6th century. He was a descendant from the clan of O`Neil from Ulster. Modomnoc wishes to serve God as a priest and went to Wales to receive a good education and training.

Covid-19 Update
While we are now generally permitted to gather in greater numbers, COVID-19 remains a serious threat. Moving in a positive direction we need to continue taking sensible precautions. Remembrance Mass
A special Mass will be celebrated in Piltown Church at 3.30 p.m. to remember the three Waterford hurlers who were tragically killed in a road accident on the High Road locally while returning from Waterford v.
