These All-Ireland awards were established to promote and celebrate the best in community development.
The award, established in 2003, recognises the selfless efforts of people in making their community better places to live, work and socialise.
We are delighted to convey that on Friday, November 7th last Piltown won the Pride of Place Award in the population category 1,000 to 2,000.
