Groups who wish to use parish halls for activities for persons under 18 or Vulnerable adults are required to comply with the following criteria:

Complete a Form for use of Church Property by external groups which includes insurance details etc. The group must also have a safe guarding policy.

The above criteria is designed to protect children & vulnerable adults & should not be regarded a barrier to groups wishing to use parish facilities.

Currently we have 3 external groups using the Community Centre in Piltown, we wish them well & thank them for their support. Presently there are no Parish lead activities, the safeguarding reps are available for guidance should anyone require assistance.
