Eileen Bowe (nee Gorey) Corloughan, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny. Aged 86 years old.

Eileen passed away peacefully on Thursday (31st October 2024) surrounded by her loving family at The Southeast Palliative Care Centre, Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford. Predeceased by her parents, William and May Gorey husband, James, brother, Sean and son, William.

Eileen will be deeply missed by her son, Tomás and daughter, Marie, sister Dee (Sadlier) sister in law, Anne(Hickey), brothers in law, Paddy ,Dickie, & Michael (Sadlier) ,son-in-law Kevin, grandchildren Aisling and Jimmy, great-grandchildren Alex and Ava, nieces and nephews, neighbours and her many friends.

Eileen will be reposing at her residence (E32 YD98) from 2pm – 5pm on Saturday, 2nd November, arriving at church of the Assumption, Piltown for 12 noon mass on Sunday, 3rd November, for funeral mass followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
