The death has occurred of the late Peggy Meehan, Ballyhenebery, Owning, Co.Kilkenny and formerly of Ilford, Essex, UK. died 13th May 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in Sonas Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband John (Jack) Meehan, sisters & brothers. Peggy will be sadly missed by her loving sons John, Kevin and Gerrard, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, relatives and neighbour’s.

May Peggy Rest In Peace

Peggy will be reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home, New Street, Carrick-on-Suir on Thureday the 21st May from 5pm to 6.15pm. Arriving at Owning Church on Thursday 21st at 7pm. Requiem Mass at 11am on Friday 22nd May in Owning Church followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
