It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Anna Dunne (nee Murphy) who passed away peacefully on the 10th August 2026, surrounded by her loving family, in the care of Mooncoin Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Paddy and son Francis. Anna will be sadly missed by her sons John & Pa, daughters Ina & Anne, grandchildren and great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Ann will be reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home, New Street, Carrick-on-Suir on Wednesday, the 12th August, from 5pm to 6.30pm. Anna will be arriving at Church of the Assumption Piltown on Thursday 13th August, for requiem mass on arriving at 11am followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
