It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of John (Sean) Burke, who passed away peacefully on 9th August, 2026, surrounded by his loving family, at St. Vincent’s/Palliative care ward in Dungarvan Community Hospital.

John was pre-deceased by his beloved wife Mary, parents Catherine and John Burke, brothers Brendan and Nicky.

He will be deeply missed and his memories kept alive by his daughters, Catherine, Maria, Claire, Elaine and his loving partner Kathleen, his adored grandchildren Mia, Jay, Devyn, Rachel, Hayden, Edith and Marrah, sons-in-law, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.

You are forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
